• Minimum 3 years experience with similar position
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skill
• Good performance and communication skill
• Self driven and highly motivated person
• Good command in English
• Good supervisory skill & leadership
• Good team player and highly adaptable to change
• Manages the property's reactive and proactive sales effort (1)
• Determines and develops marketing communication activities, in conjunction with Regional Marketing Communication (1)
• Develops sales goals and strategies and verifies alignment with the brand business strategy.
